Newcomers Reception at Church

It's the birds and the bees time again. My second round of camellias are coming out and the hydrangeas have buds. It only seems right to show that two sided time of year with buds on one side and birds on another. I hope the Newcomers at church feel as welcome to us as this spring weather. 

Spring Fever

Just hanging out with River the Dog on my porch. Is it really spring yet? Can I proceed straight to chaise lounge sitting? This is an absolutely fabulous way to spend the late afternoon. 

Red Wine, Chocolate and Brie

So we have a fun Valentines weekend coming up with parties on Thursday and Saturday - we are lucky to be invited and excited to hang out with our peoples. In my mind though I wanted to have something yummy with wine and cheese when we aren't out and about on the ACTUAL day soooo....... I'm in Trader Joes and WHAT??? Gluten Free flour less chocolate cake! It was in my cart lickety split. And just like that Valentines Day is complete.
